What kind of exposure will my listing get?
Currently our Web site averages over 10,000 hits per month. Unlike
many other real estate agent Web directories, all of our pages are
indexable by major search engines. Our Web site is also linked to by
many other real estate Web sites. A listing on READb: The Real Estate
Agent Database will send you web hits and targetted leads in your
geographic area.
Will my listing expire in 30 days?
No. All of our listings last a full year, at which point they
automatically renew. You can cancel at anytime.
If I pay the review fee, is my site guaranteed a listing?
The review fee is for our editors to review your Web site for
inclusion; it does not guarantee inclusion. Web sites must meet
certain criteria to be listed, such as: they must not contain stolen
or illegal content; they must be relevant (real estate sites only);
and they must not host dangerous files such as viruses or spyware.
Is your online payment system secure?
Absolutely. All credit card transactions are encrypted with 128-bit
SSL technology, and we do not store any credit card numbers in our
system. Your order is safe with us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How can I update my listing(s)?
Simply login and click on "edit listing". After making a change in
your listing there will be a delay before it shows up on the main site
(updates have to be approved by the READb team).
